services to meet your exact requirements. As
standard, some of the benefits include:
• Dedicated Certificated Bailiffs, concentrating
on your area only.
• Initial letter of instruction sent to the
defaulter upon receipt of the Liability Order.
• First bailiff visit made within 7 days of
receipt of the Liability Order.
• Comprehensive weekly reports of accounts
returned, payments made, Nulla Bona’s and most
importantly, your money.
• Web-access. This enables your staff and ours
to work in tandem. You can view
payments, histories, past and planned action.
Whilst we will deal with defaulters on a firm
but fair basis, we are aware of the growing
concern of those in vulnerable groups. With the
national debt level rising, we are conscious of
each individual’s circumstances.
Our bailiffs are on hand from 6:00am to 9:00pm,
Monday to Saturday to deal with your Liability
Orders, whilst the Authority will have access to
the reports of each Individual account, on
real-time basis, 24 hours a day.
